Location and surroundings

Nagüeles is the most sought after residential area of Marbella. Its location is unbeatable, literally, close to Marbella city, in 10 minutes walk you are in the Marbella center.  To the west is the famous Puerto Banus, to 6,5 km and to the north, Sierra Blanca. Nagüeles is within of the Golden Mile. The nearest beach is Nagüeles but there are also the Ancon and Casablanca. This coast line that separates Marbella city of  Puerto Banus, is made with beautiful beaches of fine sand and a promenade whereby you can walk and play sports on the seafront. It is a very quiet area and surrounded by spacious gardens, large trees, small shopping areas, cofees, restaurants, etc, not lack of anything despite being, literally, close to the town of Marbella.

The area consists mainly of mansions, villas and luxury residential areas with large plots with pool and beautiful tropical gardens, almost all homes in this area have views of the sea since the nearest beach is only 5 minutes walk.
